As an Outbound Lead Manager, you will oversee and optimize our outbound lead generation strategy. You will lead a team of specialists, implement best practices, and work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our B2B outreach campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee outbound lead generation strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of outbound lead specialists, ensuring their success.
- Identify and prioritize target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outbound efforts with overall goals.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, scripts, and outreach materials.
- Research and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance outbound processes.
- Present reports and insights to senior leadership on lead generation performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
