**Main objectives**:
Develop, monitor and analyze costs throughout all manufacturing facilities in addition to accompanying the costs of sold products in order to maintain updated and reliable information for decision making in the productive and commercial processes of the different divisions.

Lead and oversee strategies to reach the established cost goals and propose actions that help rationalize resources, increase productivity, and improve contribution.

Implement best pactices in terms of models and cost analysis, training and empowering operations and commercial teams about the cost model of the company.

**Functions**:

- Generate weekly cost information for the factory's manager and superintendents with the purpse of resource consumption supervision versus final products and the correction of cost overruns.
- Develop and analyze monthly reports: 6B reports, 6DV reports, productivity, breaks, executive reports with monthly results.
- Guarantee that the standard cost information is reliable and prompt.
- Review and correct closeouts for new products.
- Develop cost and cost variation simulations and proyections.
- Participate actively in the making of the annual cost budget within the manufacturing facility, interacting directly with superintendents and the production manager.
- Participate in different forums within the facility such as technical meetings, natural groups, etc.
- Truput, sales, margin and contribution reports' analysis.

Additional requirements:

- B2-C1 English
- Valid American Visa (Desirable)

**Working Hours**:
monday to friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

**Working model**:
Hibrid (virtual/on site)

**Academics**:
Professional in management, business, engineering, finance, accountability and related areas.

**Experience**:
2 or 3 years within cost management, manufacture, budget and financial mathematics.

**Specific knowledge**:

- Excel (Intermediate-advanced) (mandatory)
- SAP (Costs module)
- English (B2-C1)
- Valid American Visa (Desirable)
