We are a leading company specialized in the commercialization of **orthopedic and osteosynthesis materials**, serving hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals across Colombia.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead the company’s commercial strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical device sectors.
- Oversee **portfolio management and collection processes**.
- Identify market trends and implement strategies to strengthen brand positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

**Location**: Barranquilla, Colombia (On-site)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Salary**: COP $6,000,000 + Sales Commissions
