**Digital Executive**:
Participate in our Bootcamp During this program you will have a training period (aprox. 2 months) to learn about paid media implementation and optimization on platforms used in disciplines such as Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, AdOps.

**Once you have completed and approved this period, your main responsibilities will be**:

- Effectively interact with regional teams (Europe, US, Asia) and be a great communicator.
- Support the implementation and optimization of campaigns on the platforms used in the respective discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic or AdOps).
- Ensure that campaigns comply with the guidelines set by the company.
- Monitor and report on campaign controls across all channels/platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and company campaign management software.
- Produce daily campaign reports and provide insight to regional teams.
- Work remotely (You must be based in Colombia).

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a bachelor's degree.
- Be a recent graduate or have a maximum of 2 years of work experience (not necessarily in Digital Marketing).
- To be based in Colombia (Cali, Medellin, Barranquilla)
- Be interested in learning about the implementation and optimization of Paid Media campaigns.
- An advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers.
- Skilled at analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions and developing actionable recommendations as needed.
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage priorities.
- Ideally, have an intermediate-advanced command of Excel and Google Sheets.
