Latam Communications Specialist

Are you an outgoing, driven individual with excellent communication skills? Do you happen to be a communications professional looking for a unique opportunity at Intel? We are looking for an individual contributor who understands the business and technology media scene, to develop and drive creative storytelling along with our partner ecosystem all across Latin America.

This self-driven professional will join the Americas Communications organization as a Communications Specialist. In partnership with senior stakeholders within the team, this individual will help us drive integrated communications programs, bringing together the best of social, visuals, events, news generation, media and analyst relations, content creation and thought leadership to deliver exceptional results. This self-starter will ideally have a passion for technology, influencer relations and storytelling, and navigates organizations virtually.

The Global Communications Group is a world-class team of communicators spearheading an one-approach strategy integrating different audiences and delivering forefront results when it comes to corporate communications.

This individual contributor will mostly support the development and implementation of communications & public relations activities within Latin America and some cross-countries programs directed towards our key audiences -media, customers, employees, analysts, industry, c-suite leaders and more
- to help promote and protect Intel's reputation and shift brand perception in the region. This team member will contribute measurably towards our objectives achieving stakeholder recognition of our technology leadership.

**More specific responsibilities may include**:

- Effectively managing Intel's communications agencies to maximize results.
- Crafting internal communications strategies adapted to our employees’ realities accordingly to each site and team necessities building trust and enhancing the sense of belonging supported by Intel’s values.
- Be well-versed on the current traditional and social media environment as it relates to Intel's business as well as the broader industry.

**Qualifications**:
You must possess the below **minimum qualifications** to be initially considered for this position:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or any other related field OR in lieu of degree, 4 years of related experience.
- 1+ years of experience working in Communications at a PR agency or company
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Portuguese
- Experience working in Communications at a Tech Company

Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
