**Associate Specialist LATAM Communications - Animal Health **será responsable por la ejecución, desarrollo y planeación del Plan de Comunicación Interno y Externo de Relaciones Públicas en Latam (Colombia, Centro America y Caribe, Perú, México, Argentina y Chile)

**Principales Funciones**:

- Planeación, desarrollo y logística de campañas de comunicación externa e interna de fechas conmemorativas/celebraciones para Latam.
- Planeación, desarrollo y logística de campañas corporativas y de Change Management para Latam
- Soporte, orientación y guía al área de Comunicación de México y Región Sur (Argentina y Chile)
- Planeación y logística de 2 Town Halls Latam
- Comunicación interna y externa (relaciones públicas) relacionadas con lanzamientos de producto de Animales de Compañía, Avicultura, Ganadería, Porcicultura, Acuicultura y Technology Solutions.
- Asesorar a los Gerentes de cada país en branding y comunicaciones en diferentes canales de comunicación, así como realizar publicaciones en sus cuentas de LinkedIn.
- Manejo de crisis y desarrollo de materiales corporativos
- Gestión de proveedores externos,** **desarrollo de Ordenes de Compras y seguimiento de pago de proveedores.
- Interactuar directamente con agencias y/o socios creativos en cada país para diferentes canales de comunicación.

**¿Qué buscamos?**:
**Formación Académica** - Licenciatura/Profesional en Ciencias de la Comunicación y Periodismo**:
**Experiência Profesional** - Mínimo 6-8 años en agencias de Comunicación y Relaciones Públicas o en Periodismo

**Conocimientos generales** - Planeación y desarrollo de planes de comunicación interna y externa, redacción de artículos y comunicados de prensa, análisis de datos de medios, escritura avanzada y buena ortografía.

**Idiomas** - Español e inglés intermedio/avanzado

**Dominio de herramientas y software** - Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT), Microsoft Forms, Stream, Sharepoint y Yammer (plus)

**Principales Competencias**:

- Capacidad de resolver problemas relacionados con el trabajo, presentar y liderar reuniones y/o proyectos. Comprende la importancia de anticipar las necesidades, perspectivas y motivaciones de las partes interesadas al interactuar / comunicarse con ellos
- Capacidad de priorizar de manera efectiva las tareas del proyecto por importancia, hablar y escribir de manera clara y concisa acorde a los diferentes canales de comunicación
- Empatía para interactuar directamente con agencias y/o socios creativos, así como el desarrollo de planes de mitigación cuando surgen problemas
