**Ubicación**:San Miguel

**Propósito Principal**:Validar, mejorar y ejecutar los controles y actividades de campo realizadas en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes y en la red externa, (Fija y móvil).

**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar con el cumplimiento del desempeño de los diferentes partners y cuadrillas en la operación de campo en sus gestiones.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos internos del equipo de Field Ops. (Controles de Spares, bodegas, Ewaste, etc).
- Auditar las bodegas de los diferentes proveedores de servicios (Field Operations).
- Auditar la correcta ejecución de la recuperación de equipos de Field Service.
- Auditar los clientes existentes dentro del TAP/Nodo visitado.
- Revisar, documentar e informar sobre solicitudes de instalaciones fuera de norma, donde se requiere un análisis técnico y sistemas de datos de TIGO para la mejor toma de decisiones.
- Auditorias de postes y activos de red con los diferentes entes privados y gubernamentales.
- Revisión y auditoria de apoyo en postes para rectificar los cobros realizados por la distribuidora
- Auditoria de conexiones eléctricas fraudulentas.
- Llevar a cabo proyectos de análisis orientados a eficientizar los check list de sus actividades de campo.
- Auditar y Documentar la buena recepción de proyectos ejecutados por otras áreas por medio de ATP.

**Requisitos**:

- **Graduado o estudiante**en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Electricidad, Sistemas o carreras afines.
- **Experiência previa**en manejo de equipos de planta externa, redes de telecomunicaciones y microondas.
- **Manejo avanzado**de Excel.
- **Conocimiento**en SQL, Power BI (deseable).
- **Certificación**en telecomunicaciones, redes móviles, fijas y fibra óptica (deseable).
- **Dominio de inglés**a nível intermedio.
