Operations Analyst Junior

**Position**
Techsoup Latin America (TSL) is a company based in Medellin and owned by the international NGO Techsoup, aiming to provide cloud solutions and digital skills services to nonprofits and small businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean. The TSL Operations Analyst will work under the leadership of the Program Manager alongside the Regional Marketing Analyst and the Technical Lead. He/She will ensure all TSL operations are effective and will help locate areas of improvement in order to keep and enhance the Regional Center’s operation efficiency and be able to provide valuable support to the Latam Partner Network.

- Duties and Responsibilities*
- Ensure the customer quality service of the cloud solutions program through Latam Partners’ support.
- Design resources and train the partners with the Donations´ Program updates to ensure the program’s consistency with TSG communications and operations.
- Provide commercial and technical advise to customers and potential leads in Chile and provide english advisory to the TSL’s expansion in Bermuda, Cayman island, Trinidad & Tobago and other islands in order to close sales and keep customers engagement.
- Facilitate insights and growth opportunities to the Latam Partner Network through data analysis, based on marketing and sales monthly reports.
- Examine data and procedures to find improvements and keep the operations standards.
- Track the Regional Center’s incomes and expenses. This includes invoicing to clients as well as reviewing the providers’ billing reconciliation and approval.
- Monitor the Latam Partners’ sales target and advise them to keep track of their marketing strategies or improvement actions.
- Help build the Latam Partners community to ensure the Regional Center is supporting them to achieve the regional goals.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of related experience in an admin, accounting or data analysis role.
- Strong customer orientation and service skills. Experience in this topic will be a plus
- Strong communications and teamwork skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proactivity and passionate about social sector and technology.
- Desirable Knowledge of Power BI and/or Office 365.
- Proficient in English (capacity to read, write and speak fluently). Being fluent in Portuguese is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong follow through, organizational, and time management skills required.
- Flexible and adaptable to change and can work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Positive attitude and persistence.
- Curiosity to learn and proactivity to suggest improvements.

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Preference Degrees: Engineering, Administration, Management.
