**Job brief**

**Requirements**:

- Professional in administration, logistics, and supply management, foreign trade, or related careers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Free trade Zones.
- Verbal and written english skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain control and organization of all import folders for procedures before the Free Zone and DIAN
- Manage all imports and exports of materials that enter and are dispatched from the warehouse to your client at the destination and from your supplier at the origin
- Manage and process all documentation and administrative tasks before the free zone and DIAN (Customs)
- Create, and keep updated reports in Excel at all times
- Act as the primary contact on behalf of PTNW with local customs and free zone officials to resolve issues in an effective and timely manner.
- Analyze, review, and manage the customs declarations corresponding to the imports of the materials that are carried out in the warehouse for their subsequent dispatch.
- Train key personnel in free zone activities when necessary
- Manage the VUCE platform for exports
- Attend anti-narcotics inspections in ports, collect and manage payment for the release of BLs as well as the collection of physical documents in the different shipping lines
- Organize the logistics in general for the collection of import and export containers, as well as coordinate national and international dispatches.
- Coordinate the loads of local products (Iron, steel, zamak, aluminum extrusion) preparing the counting list and making sure to complete all the necessary documents for the dispatch to be completed successfully.
- Supervise Loading / Unloading of containers
- Preparation of tally list optimizing the available space for each container. Trading
- Updating and administration of information in the Operations Platforms
- Manage all reports related to the Free Zone Operations Department and provide updates to Management
- Develop contractual relationships with global ocean and air carriers.
- I deal directly with ocean and air carriers for the fastest and most highly rated quotes and delivery times for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to provide operations with immediate shipping rates for customer quotes.
- Develop systems to optimize and improve delivery efficiency
- Maintain a highly organized record of all shipments globally from start to finish
- Coordination of cargo activities from origin to destination, in conjunction with reverse logistics management

**Salary**: $2,500,000 - $3,100,000 per month
