**Job Description — Logistics Support Operator (ATL)**

**Position**: Logistics Support Operator / Logistics Coordinator
**Department**: Logistics / Operations
**Work Mode**: Onsite
**Availability**: Full availability
**Contract Type**: Permanent (Indefinite Term)
**Salary**: 3.000.000 COP

**Role Summary**

The **Logistics Support Operator (ATL)** is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient cargo movement, accurate documentation, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide operational support for logistics activities, including scheduling, coordination, and tracking of shipments.
- Monitor cargo status, delivery timelines, and logistics processes to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update logistics information in internal systems.
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in handling exceptions, delays, and incidents to minimize operational impact.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and service agreements.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma, technical or technological studies in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar fields.
- **6 months** of experience in logistics coordination, operations support, dispatch, or related roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital tools, logistics platforms, and/or inventory/transport management systems.
- Full availability for operational demands (extended hours or shifts if necessary).
- Basic English level preferred (intermediate is a plus).
