About the Role:
We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage new leads, convert them into active clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services
- Provide high-level client support to boost retention
- Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting
- Native or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.
- 1-2+ years’ experience in conversion/retention
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven team
