**Your Passion, Your Purpose**

Be part of our client's team as a **Client Intake Coordinator** who speaks with individuals to gather information, educates them on financial solutions for debt resolution, and provides guidance to appropriate services while building rapport. You'll follow call scripts and review credit reports to determine qualification for services.
- Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
- Work Setup: Office-based in Bogotá or Medellin

**Your Impact Awaits: Job Description**
- Speak with individuals to obtain their personal and credit history to determine if they qualify for services
- Use gathered information to guide potential clients to the appropriate services and transfer calls to the right department(s)
- Review the client's financial debt situation and build rapport by gathering information
- Review the client's credit reports
- Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
- Present and sell the best service option to help the client achieve their goal
- Follow call scripts

**Skills that Drive Change: Qualifications**
- 1+ years phone sales or call center experience
- Knowledge of consumer credit card debt settlement, business loans, MCA loans, equipment leasing
- Ability to read credit reports a plus but not required
- Proficient with COM system and Microsoft Office

Additional preferred experience:

- Previous finance or law firms call center experience
