**Position** : Intake Specialist

**Working Hours** : Mondays-Fridays 7am-3:30pm PST
(shifting schedule)

**Salary** : USD 900-1500

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer intakes and process funding requests
- Provide information about our products, services, and explain contracts
- Obtain documents from law firms
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Submit funding requests to underwriters
- Create and send contracts to clients and law firms
- Obtain documents from law firms

- Daily intake of plaintiffs/clients needing pre-settlement funding.
- Draft contracts with knowledge of compounding and simple interests
- Request medical records, reports, statements, complaints, and demands
- Heavy flow of incoming and outgoing phone calls to attorneys, clients, and doctor offices
- Broker deals to partners

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask is a _MUST_
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Effective decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective conflict management skills
- Tools: Google Workspace, Pipedrive, Mighty, 8x8, Docusign, etc. (training will be provided)

**Salary**: Up to $6,250,000 per month

**Experience**:
