**What You’ll Do**

As a Graphic Designer -Environmental Branding, you’ll help envision how the TTEC brand comes to life in the real world in our global customer experience centers, trade show booths, and site visit experiences. You’ll need an understanding of experiential design and proven expertise working with 3-D Architectural Design programs.

You'll report to the Director of Graphic Design.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Design and produce branded materials for physical environments such as contact centers, trade show booths, retail stores, and offices.
- Empower engaging and memorable experiences by understanding the brand identity, guidelines, and objectives of each project.
- Create original and innovative concepts and designs for various environmental branding elements, such as signage, banners, posters, wall graphics, displays, and interactive kiosks.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality print-ready files and mock-ups for production and installation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as project managers, vendors, and contractors, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the final products.
- Research and stay attuned to the latest trends and best practices in environmental branding and graphic design.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience with environmental branding graphic design projects.
- Creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail that produces high-quality assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of print production processes and standards, such as color management, file formats, and resolution.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for creating impactful and immersive physical environments that reflect the brand identity and values.
