At RainCaper, we design and manufacture artfully inspired products including apparel, fashion accessories, gifts, & home goods. RainCaper is a 7 year-old brand with a loyal customer base, and our Fine Art collections and eye for design set us apart from our competition. We have a significant custom products business and are expanding our Design team to support that need. We sell B2B, as well as B2C through multiple e-commerce channels. The mother-daughter Co-Owners have several decades of experience successfully running small retail businesses.

As a Production Photoshop and Graphic Designer at RainCaper, you will get to do more than just execute designs. You will also get to use your creative skills to help bring our designs to life by creating photo realistic renders of our products and incorporating those images into realistic lifestyle scenarios for our various sales channels and marketing collateral.

This role will work directly under our Senior Graphic Designer, and also with Marketing. This position is fully remote.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Creating product image renders from flat artwork (multiple angles)
- Place aforementioned renders of products into realistic positioning for lifestyle images
- Replicate the creation of all product package design and hang tags, including precise attribution for licensed fine art
- Create digital assets: Aid our Senior Graphic Designer with presentations for in-house collections and custom products, including templates, production and digital-ready files for products
- Assist with producing print, advertising, and digital graphics
- Prioritize multiple projects within design specifications and ensure projects progress in a timely manner
- Pre-press and proof your files, collect for output for print and other processes
- Adhere to proper file naming conventions

**Required Experience**:

- 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design with an emphasis on creative packaging
- 3+ years of Photoshop image rendering experience
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of layout design, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30,000,000 - $50,000,000 per year
