The Business Operations Coordinator will play an integral role in the Serivces and Support team within the Post Sales Operations department. The Post Sales Operations department is focused on driving Anthology’s core strategy of operational efficiency by innovating, streamlining, and implementing world-class tools and business processes across the organization.

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Validating data in Salesforce and completing setup of projects
- Coordinating with leads to assign project managers and communicating accordingly
- Assisting in the definition and conduction of routine audit tasks in Salesforce
- Following standard processes to generate invoices and various reports
- Participating in cross-functional data quality enhancement efforts and projects
- Working closely with project managers to ensure timely updates are made to milestones and assignments

Required skills/qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set guidelines and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in data quality, business operations, or analytics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above

Preferred skills/qualifications:

- Experience in Microsoft Excel using formulas and functions
- Experience building reports and providing data insights
- Previous involvement in data quality projects, detailed tasks, and/or analysis

We have an office located in Bogota, Colombia as a hub for the LAC market.
