Company Description

The Deal Desk serves as the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options and value propositioning to help drive deal closure and profitable revenue growth. The Jr Pricing Analyst will help ensure process and record keeping compliance, act as the approver for non-standard payment and billing terms and low tier discounts. The Jr Pricing Analyst owns the measurement and reporting of incremental price capture across all 83 markets supported by the deal desk.

**Job Description**:

- Monitor and enforce Deal Desk and CRM process compliance
- Maintain the global Consumer Price and Wage Price Inflation database
- Shepherd deals through the sales cycle in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams
- Act as the global gatekeeper for non-standard payment and billing terms
- Approve low tier discounts in select markets
- Ensure accurate record keeping by sales in CRM
- Reconcile CRM data with Deal Desk records
- Compile and present monthly Deal Desk reporting to senior management

**Qualifications**:

- ** Fluent in English, other languages are a plus**:

- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Business Management (or related field)
- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)**:

- ** Solid analytical background and experience with handling large data sets**:

- Critical attention to detail with a high level of accountability
- Experience/strong interest in using **CRM Systems (MS Dynamics)** and knowledge of **data visualization and analytics tools (PowerBI) a plus**:

- Ability to prioritize at times of high volume
- Affinity to negotiations
