If you have a good english level (Writting & spoken) and sales skills and you're located in Colombia, becoming a Media Sales Representative is a 100% Remote Full time Job opportunity.
**To become a part of our team, you must have**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish at least B2 level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales customer service, including at least 1 year of phone and chat support.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of customer service tools and online chat software.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and weekends.
- Previous experience in remote work and the ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Preferably with experience in Gorgias.
- A fully working desktop/laptop computer
- Great for people with experience in sales support, Customer Assistance and Cold Callers.
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Play an active role in fostering a culture that prioritizes the fair treatment of potential customers. Consistently engage in learning the intricacies of the Gorgias platform, staying updated on product features and alterations that are relevant to the pre-sales process
Effectively collaborate in a team environment to ensure comprehensive and efficient addressing of customer needs. We are looking for an individual willing to engage on Slack and who is part of a team.
Assist with post-sell tasks as requested on a regular basis especially during non-peak call or chat times with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Fixed compensation of $1.800,000 cop with growth potential based on performance
