El cargo de Sr. Engineer, Infrastructure and Provisioning requiere un nível alto de conocimiento y experiência en el diseño, implementación, administración, soporte sobre la infraestructura de servidores con Sistema Operativo Linux y gran habilidad en la solución de incidentes. Parte de su función es la de realizar cambios en la plataforma, asignación de recursos y en general todas aquellas labores que permitan el buen desempeño del sistema bajo su cargo para ofrecer soporte y brindar la disponibilidad de los servicios tecnológicos, garantizando los níveles de servicio. - Diseñando en implementado soluciones de acuerdo a las solicitudes recibidas. - Realizando la administración de la Infraestructura que se le asigne, manteniendo los níveles de servicio y la disponibilidad - Planificando la configuración, actualización e instalación del software, servidores, aplicaciones y otros programas requeridos por la organización - Solucionando problemas en los diferentes níveles de soporte. - Estimando la capacidad de almacenamiento necesario para los servidores para garantizar la disponibilidad de los servicios. - Realizando transferencia de conocimiento a los diferentes miembros del equipo en temas técnicos. - Efectuando el afinamiento de la infraestructura. - Automatizando tareas y monitoreando su efectividad. - Analizando los eventos que afecten la infraestructura y desarrollando planes de mejora. - Asegurando que todas las implementaciones en la plataforma cumplan los requerimientos internos de seguridad y arquitectura. Creando, supervisando y probando las medidas de seguridad dispuestas por la organización. -Proponiendo mejoras a la plataforma que administra. -Estableciendo comunicación con los usuarios cuando sea necesario. -Participando en los proyectos basado en su experiência. -Monitoreando permanentemente el sistema de alertas y la infraestructura para actuar de manera proactiva y evitar la interrupción de los servicios, garantizando así la correcta operación y prestación de los servicios tecnológicos. -Ejecutando despliegues y configuraciones de nuevas máquinas. -Gestionando incidencias y troubleshooting de problemas en los entornos a nível físico y sobre S.O Unix -Documentando y manteniendo actualizado la información de los sistemas a cargo -Generando los reportes internos de actividades y los relacionados con la Infraestructura -Estando disponible en horario fuera de oficina para los casos de soporte críticos y ventanas de mantenimiento programadas que así lo requieran.

**Impact You'll Make**:
Estos son los requisitos básicos para esta posición se describen a continuación: -Ingeniero de Sistemas, electrónico o carreras afines -6+ años de experiência relacionada con la industria en proyectos de Infraestructura Tecnológica como Ingeniero Máster de Sistemas Operativos, Líder Técnico y/o Administrador de S.O -Experiência en el aseguramiento de servidores RHEL -Amplia experiência en Sistemas Operativos LINUX, como RHEL y SUSE -Experiência y conocimientos en las siguientes tecnologías: Hadoop (HDFS), Yarm: Apache Spark, Apache Tomcat,Python,Airflow,Zeppelin -Experiência trabajando en soluciones de virtualización VMWare -Comprensión profunda en el manejo de discos ASM (interfas de administración) para BD Oracle, a nível de Sistema Operativo. -Deseable conocimientos en soluciones SAN -Deseable certificaciones en algunos de los sistemas operativos. -Sólida formación en administración de servidores, redes y arquitectura. -Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, confianza, iniciativa, orientación al cliente y organización. -Familiaridad en la participación de proyectos de alto impacto en calidad de Líder Técnico. -Habilidades en la resolución de problemas. -Habilidad para trabajar en equipo -B1 nível de inglés o superior
