**Position Overview**
Quantum FBI is seeking
for a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven Marketing & Sales Executive Assistant based in Colombia to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, U.S.focused environment.
The person in this role will support our marketing, business development and sales initiatives, while also managing the scheduling needs and logistics for our CEO, we want to hear from you
This is a remote position with daily interaction in English, so strong written and spoken English skills (B2+/C1) are required.
Quantum FBI is headquartered in New York; however, **this position will be based remotely in Colombia.**
**Responsibilities**
**Marketing & Sales**/BD**Support**
- Assist with new company marketing initiatives, research and execution
- Manage and update HubSpot CRM with leads, activities, and meeting notes
- Schedule and support follow-up for sales calls, demos, and meetings
- Support content publishing (blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts)
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and speaking engagements
- Help manage sales pipeline and follow ups with prospects
- Assistance with sales proposals
**Executive Calendar Management (CEO Support)**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent matters
- Coordinate travel logistics and meeting prep as needed
- Act as the point of contact for all scheduling inquiries related to the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks
- Work closely with our Partnerships and Customer Success Manager, our Marketing Director, and our CEO.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in **marketing,**business development,**sales support**, or executive assistance
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of time zone management
- Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal (minimum B2+; C1 preferred)
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Data-driven mindset and strong interest in digital tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Experience working in the financial sector is a plus
