**Description**:
We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). We strongly believe that the success of our company lies in the creation of learning and development experiences, teamwork, and the well-being of our people.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Confirm the pick up and delivery date.
- Send a report with all pick ups and delivery information.
- Call the delivery site and schedule the delivery according to the logistic already made.
- Order tracking.
- Schedule all the advisors in the account and fill the information.

**Requirements**:

- Studies: High School Degree, university student or any Bachelor's degree, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related..
- Language: C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. this person will be working directly with customers.
- Desirable experience in customer service.

**Perks**:

- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm. (We work by the American calendar).
- In house at Wework Santafe in Medellin.
