We are looking for a **Finance Assistant** **(preferably in Medellin) to help us keep our finances updated, to secure good relations with our customers in the administrative side and to grow our business.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and distribute invoices
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance filings
- Sales commission accounting
- Management of provisioning and logistic operations
- Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as required

**What we expect you to have**:

- Bachelor’s Technological or Technical degree in Accounting, Finance among others related, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Digital native or familiarity with digital processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent relational skills in a multi-cultural context.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish spoken and written.
- Primary location in Latin America.
- Interest in the tech industry.
