In this role, you will play an essential role in driving sales while helping our clients find tailored solutions to their needs.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Engaging with customers via phone, providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Utilizing your bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, ensuring everyone receives outstanding support.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products to meet those needs through consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve individual and team sales goals, fostering a positive and supportive sales environment.
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is highly desirable, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is important.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns empathetically and efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, striving to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: 2.850.000 COP+ uncapped commission. Bi-weekly payment through your savings account Bancolombia or Davivienda, the payment is made according to the payroll cut-offs).
