**Job Title: NoSQL Senior DBA**
**Location: Colombia**
**Education: Bachelor’s Degree**
**Total IT Experience: 10+ Years**

Datavail is seeking a NoSQL Primary DBA to join our NoSQL Global Practice. This position is based out of our delivery center in Colombia.

**Required Skills**:

- 10+ years of total IT experience with expertise in at least one of the NoSQL technology and familiarity with other NoSQL technologies. We focus on following technologies within our NoSQL practice: MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, AWS DynamoDB, Cassandra, AWS Keyspaces, Azure MI for Cassandra, Azure CosmosDB etc.
- Must have Linux & Shell scripting experience
- Must have cloud knowledge (AWS / Azure) and experience with migrating NoSQL databases to cloud
- Must have experience with performance tuning & index design
- Must have experience with NoSQL schema design
- Must have experience with building scripting-based automation

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers and internal teams on NoSQL related projects
- Be available for support calls when escalated by tier 2 team
- Design and deploy NoSQL databases as per requirements
- Work proactively on databases we support, identify gaps and remediate those gaps
