We’re a U.S.based marketing agency looking for a **cool, responsible, and driven** Media Buyer who’s in it for the long haul. This is a **100% remote** role, but we need someone who truly gets the U.S. market and knows how to generate leads like a pro.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Running high-performing Lead Generation and CPL campaigns.
- Strategizing, setting up, and optimizing Google and Facebook ad campaigns.
- Understanding local business needs and crafting campaigns that drive real results.
- Analyzing data (not just pulling reports) and making smart, strategic adjustments.
- Managing multiple accounts without breaking a sweat.
- Setting up tracking, pixels, and ensuring seamless lead flow into CRMs.
- Using your SEO and copywriting knowledge to create killer ad content.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **2+ years of experience** running ad campaigns for U.S. businesses.
- A deep understanding of Google and Meta Ads, you know the platforms inside and out.
- Strong grasp of campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- A data-driven mindset—you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
- Solid communication skills (Minimum **B2+ English level**).
