At vivo Colombia, we are looking for a Paid Media Buyer Coordinator to coordinate and execute offline and online media buying activities. This role is responsible for planning, negotiating, and optimizing media investments to ensure effective reach of target audiences through high-quality channels, while maximizing ROI and efficiently managing budgets.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of current media channels and advertising trends. This position works closely with internal marketing teams, media vendors, and external partners to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate offline and online media buying activities across multiple channels.
  • Support the identification of target audiences and the planning of media campaigns.
  • Optimize media plans and budgets according to the most effective media mix.
  • Coordinate negotiations with media vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, costs, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure ads are properly displayed, aligned with creative guidelines, and delivered on time.
  • Test and explore new platforms, formats, and media channels.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to support decision-making and optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in offline and online media buying or similar roles.
  • Experience working with media agencies is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of media planning, buying, and research.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Interest in staying up to date with advertising and media trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
Working Conditions
  • Salary: To be agreed upon according to experience and profile.
  • Contract: Indefinite-term contract.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Work modality: 100% on-site (presencial).
  • Location: Bogotá.
