Staffing company is searching for an **SEO expert** to join our dynamic marketing team and take full ownership of our SEO strategy and execution. As our **SEO Marketing Manager**, you will lead all SEO-related efforts, from strategy and data analysis to tactical execution.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills **(C1/C2 Level English proficiency**).
- **4+ years of SEO experience** in a senior or managerial role, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- **Strong expertise in SEO metrics, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.**:

- **B2B marketing experience**, preferably targeting US markets.
- Startup experience (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with industries like staffing, subscription services, or talent-as-a-service (preferred but not required).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to track and report on SEO experiments and performance, providing clear visibility on progress.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy** to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive meaningful conversions.
- Lead end-to-end SEO projects, including keyword research, content optimization, link-building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, web development) to ensure SEO efforts align with broader business and marketing objectives.
- Potentially oversee and mentor two marketing team members, fostering growth and development.
- Track, report, and communicate SEO experiment results, offering clear visibility into key performance metrics like rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in SEO strategies.
