**Descripción general**:
As our Senior SEO Specialist at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SEO/SEM Senior Manager to develop and implement our global SEO strategy across our family of brands. Working closely with marketing, sales, and the Digital Experience team, your primary responsibility will be to supervise SEO performance and improve Gallagher's organic search position on Google and other search engines.
As part of the Digital Experience team within Corporate Digital Marketing, you will focus on supporting Gallagher and our family of brands' public-facing B2B and B2C websites. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Digital Experience team and requires expertise in global SEO, including technical and on-page optimization, as well as experience with local SEO and managing location pages on Yext.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in creating global and multi-lingual SEO strategies across brands and working with globally distributed teams to implement these strategies.
Your comprehension of the organization's business will enable you to identify the right keywords for search intent across global websites. As a data-driven consultant, you will provide SEO and SEM insights, standard methodologies, and recommendations to marketing and business team members to increase Gallagher’s organic rankings and generate leads.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects and communicate timelines are essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in leading enterprise SEO tools, Google Search Console and Data Studio, Adwords, agency bidding tools, Yext location pages, GMB listings, and local search.

Develop and implement global SEO strategies to support brands at the local, regional/national, and global levels.
Manage vendors, including tools and agency partners, as advised by the global head of SEO/SEM/Reputation Management.
Conduct driven analyses to supervise competitors and support Gallagher's organic growth on Google search engine, recommending necesvitalges.
Support multilingual sites and global SEO to optimize translated experiences with the right keywords.
Consult with the team, providing reporting and recommendations to improve search engine rankings aligned with business goals.
Establish SEO reporting cadence with global partners and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and identify actionable insights.
Track conversion and performance metrics, providing operational management and reporting to identify issues and opportunities for digital properties.
Collaborate closely with product marketing and content marketing teams to identify pages to be built and improve website conversion.
Support local pages and GMB listings on the Yext platform, recommending updates for search engines across Gallagher's family of brands.
Liaise with Yext for page improvements.
Supervise and share industry trends, tools, and key takeaways.
Perform other duties as assigned.

**Acerca de ti**:

- 8+ years of SEO/SEM experience with a successful record of accomplishment of delivering profitable growth and meeting performance goals. Agency experience a plus.
- Experienced building global SEO strategies from local to global.
- Strong data analytics skills and validated experience using tools such as Data Studio, Search Console, and leading enterprise tools for SEO (seoClarity)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to self-manage multiple projects
- Flexibility to meet with global collaborators.
- Proficient in English required.
- Agile experience a plus
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
