Hey there

**Responsibilities**:

- It will be a 20-hour work-week. Potential to go full-time depending on business needs.
- Communicate regularly with other Team Leads, Senior Developers, UI/UX Designers, and Product leaders to share knowledge and status.
- Mentor and lead a team of junior and mid-level Developers.
- Proactively identify and solve UI/UX challenges.
- Manage the software development discussions to enhance future communications and development efficacy.
- Assure clients receive a 'white-glove' treatment for every project that is deployed.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, UI/UX design, or an equivalent field, or comparable time of relative in-field work.
- 5 to 7 years of front-end development experience.
- Actionable, team-based, and pragmatic mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proficient understanding and knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
- Demonstrated skill and understanding of at least one modern front end library or framework (Angular, Svelte, React, Next, etc...).
- A proficient understanding and knowledge of HTML & CSS structures.
- A preferred understanding and knowledge of modern CSS extensions or frameworks (Sass, Tailwind, etc...).
- A proficiency in the ability to translate design documents (XD, Figma, etc..) into deployable code.
- A preferred understanding of HTTP communication patterns in JS/TS (JSON, REST, GraphQL, gRPC, etc..).
- A working knowledge of an SCM system (we use Git/GitHub).
- A bonus would be having experience in the Ionic for React framework.
