Job Description The Front End Developer is responsible for bringing our hypotheses to life. Leveraging JS and/or the client's code base and a variety of testing/optimization tools (Amplitude, Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty, VWO) to create experiences that solve customer problems and drive business growth. In this role, you will work closely with design teams and back -end developers to create user -friendly interfaces for our clients' web applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications are easy to navigate, visually appealing, and performant. The ideal candidate is passionate about front -end development, has experience with modern web development technologies, and is comfortable working in a fast -paced environment. They will do all of this with a smile and a smooth, yet confident touch that leaves their colleagues always wanting to deliver for them. This ability to hustle between multifarious engagements and conflicting deliverables allows them to provide an awesome, Fortune 500 Clients with real data and actionable insights so they may make revenue -impacting decisions based on the validated learnings derived from our work. Your Day ● Develop, optimize, and maintain high -performance, scalable web applications. ● Translate complex UI/UX designs into functional and accessible interfaces. ● Ensure responsive and cross -browser compatibility for a seamless user experience. ● Implement and maintain state management solutions (Redux, Vuex, Zustand, etc.). ● Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and microservices efficiently. ● Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding best practices. ● Apply performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading and code splitting. ● Ensure web applications meet WCAG accessibility and SEO best practices. ● Work within Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
