The goal is to inspire and engage the target audience.
**Responsibilities**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visual elements based on the requirements.
- Prepare drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.
- Use the appropriate colors and designs for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
- Test graphics on various media.
- Modify designs after feedback.
- Make sure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and WordPress.
- Good eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excelent comunication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

**About the job**
- **Intermediate English level (advanced will be a plus).**:
- **This is a remote full-time job (40 hours per week average)**:
- **Schedule availability, work from home with stable fast internet, 2 screens preferred.**:
- **Schedules between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday to Friday some Saturdays 40 hours max work per week**:
- **40 hours paid vacation after 1 year based on employee accrual.**:
- **Employe must supply their own equipment
