Our Documentary Services Unit, supporting different processes for North America and Latin America is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic and positive attitude professionals looking to continue developing their careers supporting foreign trade solutions for clients in North America and Canada. As a NAM Trade Billing Analyst, you would be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey of said products. On daily basis, your responsibilities are: - Support a portfolio of clients with their corresponding invoicing, ensuring that bills are prepared according to their specific definitions. - Monitor daily entries related to payments and complete the liquidation according to the local operating procedures. - Create the customized reporting required to support the different activities related to overdue payments and queues monitoring - Identity and document customer complaints and document them, accordingly, looking to ensure a proper response. - Support line manager on daily activities related to the team supervision - Identify and recommend process improvements and implement and validate those process improvements for respective products - Perform tasks within departmental procedures, controls and compliance standards in order to minimize losses to the firm **Qualifications**: - 2-5 years of experience in a related role - Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite - Demonstrated project management skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills **Education**: - English proficient - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience **Business Overview** NAM Trade Services is a key unit within the Global Trade Operations, with servicing responsibilities for a group of several trade products (documentary LC, and Standby LC families), supporting several Citigroup businesses. Global Trade Operation offers world-class trade services in over 70 markets around the globe.
