Importante empresa de Tecnología, solicita Coordinador Customer Success para la ciudad de Bogotá D.C.

**Requisitos**

Profesional en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas y/o carreras afines.
- Deseable: Certificación Scrum

Experiência mínima de 1 a 3 años como Costumer Success y/o Costumer Experience, en sector Tecnológico, desempeñandose en actividades de **atención al cliente, apoyo y seguimiento de proyectos o manejo comercial.**

**Funciones**
- Onboarding de clientes, crear valor en las interacciones de clientes base instalada y entender sus necesidades.
- Creación y gestión de relaciones sólidas y de confianza con clientes.
- Apoyo, acompañamiento y seguimiento al cliente en logro del impacto esperado.
- Asesorar y asistir clientes en busqueda de la solución a los requerimientos o incidentes.
- Velar por las renovaciones y buscar el crecimiento en las cuentas.
- Contrato a término indefinido
- Jornada Laboral : Lunes a Viernes
- Modalidad de trabajo Híbrido: 3 días Oficina 2 en casa

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $3.500.000 - $4.000.000 al mes
