**Job purpose**

As we expand our online presence and engage with our community in new ways, we are seeking a talented Remote Community Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in fostering connections, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and representing our brand online.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**

Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Degree in Communications, Graphic Desing, Marketing, or related to Digital Marketing

Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Spanish)

Excellent written skills (English/Spanish)

**Training or Expertise**

+2 years of Experience working remotely for USA-based companies.

Graphic Design Experience

Experience handling social media, and Content Creation. Experience writing blogs, newsletters, copywriting for websites, and posts.

**Experience**

+2 years of experience working in the Digital Marketing/ Social Media field

You have a track record of building or growing an engaged community

**JOB FUNCTIONS**

Write and creation of blogs, newsletters, website, and Social Media posts

Develop creative and engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.

Identify and track relevant community metrics

Creation of a strategic digital marketing plan.

Creation of newsletters from the CRM for clients and prospects.

Content creation for Facebook and Instagram.

Ensure all content is visually appealing, grammatically correct, and culturally relevant for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.

Utilize graphic design software to create visually stunning graphics for social media posts, newsletters, website updates, and other marketing materials as needed.

Compile regular reports to analyze the effectiveness of social media strategies and provide insights for optimization.

Perform another requested administrative task.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

Must have experience working with USA-based clients

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging that resonates with our target audience.

Integrity, loyalty, and passion for his/her career

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and experience creating high-quality graphics for digital platforms.

Strong Collaborator, Proactive, and willing to give the extra mile.

1-3 years of experience in using digital marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)

Ability to work independently and learn new skills and marketing platforms quickly

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Internet and computer must be covered by the employee.

**Salary**: $3,500,000 - $4,100,000 per month
