**Description**:
As a Graphic Designer, your role will involve synthesizing user needs and business goals with design to create thoughtful user experiences across various form factors and screen sizes. You will work closely with stakeholders, product, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. We are looking for someone who excels as a collaborator, communicator, presenter, and facilitator. A humble yet confident approach to design is expected.

This role requires the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and strong organizational skills. You should also have experience in analyzing data and test results to inform design decisions. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with product managers, marketing, brand, and engineers to deliver pages for our customer-facing website.

Gain a deep understanding of customers and keep the team updated on design progress.

Prototype and iterate design solutions based on internal and external user feedback.

Contribute to the development of a design system and language.

Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Strive for consistency across teams by leveraging a design system.

Participate in design reviews to drive consistency across products.

**Must-haves**:
Online portfolio showcasing exemplary product design flows.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.

Strong foundational design skills (information design, typography, color, layout, interface, visual design, interaction design, prototyping).

Experience in responsive web and native mobile design.

Effective presentation and communication skills.

High level of English proficiency

Experience creating design artifacts and conducting user research and testing.

Ability to effectively and seamlessly navigate design directions with a degree of agility.

**Nice to Have**:
Formal education in User Experience design, Human Factors, Graphic Design, or Art.

Design super-power (illustration, typography, hand-lettering, motion graphics).

Experience with design sprints.

Experience creating marketing materials.

Knowledge of WordPress and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Coding skills with a working knowledge of page structure.
