Work Conditions

Modality: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Your Mission

As a **Sales Closer**, you will be responsible for handling **inbound leads only** (no cold calling). You’ll guide families through the decision-making process, present our coaching programs, and secure commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and close sales.
- Conduct scheduled calls with parents/guardians to present programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor during calls, building confidence and trust.
- Follow up and secure commitments during or after calls.
- Participate in team stand-up meetings (3 times per week, 30 min).
- Submit daily activity and results reports.
- Respond promptly to Slack messages and check appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent English is indispensable** (spoken & written).
- 1-3 years of experience closing high-ticket sales (flexible with 1 year if highly skilled).
- Proven success managing inbound leads and closing deals.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and children; sports/soccer background is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and consistently hit performance targets.
