**We are searching the best talent for Senior Sales Representative to be in Medellín, Colombia.**
**Purpose**:
Develop and expand base of use of company portfolio through promoting and influencing demand generation with clinical stakeholders. Establishes and maintains long term relationships with clinical stakeholders, ensuring it reaches decision makers. Builds trust and loyalty with our customers. Provides technical support and training in product use. Works in collaboration with all commercial organization (One MD and SAM) to deploy specific plans and actions for customers in the geographies.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives in prescribed territory.
- Conducts and implements Market Development and Field Marketing activities.
- Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.
- Demonstrates accurate use of products to physicians.
- Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
- Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities to improve the knowledge of health care professionals.
- Acts as the direct line to customers.
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to capture information on orders and market conditions. Performs contract and/or tender management activities.
- Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget. Coordinates with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Implements national, regional and local promotional activities that are crafted to advance sales in specific product lines or areas.
- Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Develops and maintains sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management.
- Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
- Provides management with customer feedback and marketplace information.
- Identifies potential impacts to business.

**Qualifications**
**Qualifications and requirements**:
College Degree: requires a degree in health sciences (eg - scrub nurse, nurse) or administration sciences.

Required professional experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in medical devices to treat craniomaxillofacial trauma or osteosynthesis material.

Languages: Intermediate English.

Knowledge: MS Office,

Skills: Flexibility, resilience, willingness to make things happen (compliantly), ensuring detailed execution, teamwork and collaboration, willingness to take full ownership for outcomes (no blaming, no excuses).
