**La persona que desempeñe este rol será responsable de**:
- Coordinar el proceso de Gestión de Incidentes Mayores para clientes específicos o múltiples. Incluir el análisis de la información recibida y la asignación del trabajo y la ejecución de las funciones de Gestión de Incidentes Mayores.
- Garantía de calidad, incluida la mejora continua, el cambio de procesos y la documentación, la formación en procesos/procedimientos.
- Interactuar con los recursos internos, otros y/o clientes.
- Hacer seguimiento a las acciones de GFO y Field Service para garantizar la documentación de causa raíz en los issues de calidad generados por el cliente.
- Garantizar los issues de calidad se documenten de manera adecuada y dentro de los plazos establecidos, en línea con el Acuerdo de Nível de Servicio al Cliente.
- Asegurar una comunicación efectiva hacia los compañeros de equipo en términos del trabajo diario en equipo, compartir información.
- Garantizar que el cliente se mantenga informado de manera continua y proactiva sobre el estado de los issues de calidad mediante análisis de tendencias.
- Resultado del análisis de tendencias compartir con los grupos involucrados los hallazgos y solicitar acciones de mejora si aplican.

**Será exitoso en este rol si tienes:
- Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas o electrónica.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Conocimientos en Windows 365.
- Manejo de Excel, tablas dinámicas y generación de informes.
- Conocimientos en ofimática.

- Capacidad de Análisis de datos que permita identificar causa raíz y definir planes de acción.
- Capacidad para resumir y presentar resultados.
- Enfoque en el cliente.
- Orientación al logro de resultados, ya que debe hacer seguimiento a varias áreas y varias personas para lograr su objetivo en los tiempos.
- Buena comunicación oral y escrita, tendrá que interactuar tanto en reuniones como por correo con el cliente y en algunos casos manejar issues críticos.
