About the Job

IntouchCX is looking for a Director of Communications to lead our strategic communications initiatives across both internal and external channels. We need a talented, driven, creative professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Does this sound like you? Read on

Reporting to the VP, Global Brand & Communications, you’ll play a key role in supporting the goals of the company, driving brand value, and increasing awareness of our solutions to both internal and external audiences. We use story, strategy, and the latest technology to deliver our messages, and you’ll be responsible for leading, creating, implementing, and managing both global and regional corporate and external communications activities across the organization ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy.

As Director of Communications, You Will
- Help develop and lead a strategic global communications plan that supports the goals of the company, drives brand value, and increases awareness of our products and solutions to internal and external audiences.
- Ideate and execute opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and prominence in our regional markets through PR initiatives, including media relations, industry publications, and earned media
- Advise leadership on how best to drive awareness of company initiatives and programs through engaging content, internal events, and on our corporate communications platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver communication strategies for execution of business initiatives.
- Oversee a growing team of communications professionals across multiple countries, helping ensure our strategy is executed while staying true to the IntouchCX brand voice and values
- Make strategic recommendations to executives and colleagues alike in terms of content strategy, media placement, and timing.
- Be responsible for our global communications content calendar to ensure messaging, content frequency, and channels are effective and consistent
- Define and meet key performance indicators for campaigns and communications channels
- Develop and support strategic communications programs to connect employees across the organization
- Support other marketing programs, projects and initiatives as needed
- Manage deadlines and project plans, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met

As Director of Communications, You Have
- 8+ years of similar work experience in communications targeting a global audience, with a focus on communications strategy, public relations, content development, or editorial management
- A degree or diploma in a Communications or Marketing specialty, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your abilities to communicate and engage with a defined audience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and switch gears quickly between projects and deadlines
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
