**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **100% Remote Case Manager** with strong attention to detail and experience in all aspects of **personal injury case management.**This position follows a schedule of **Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST**.

We maintain a **lower caseload per Case Manager** (**40-60 cases**) to ensure the best experience for our clients and a manageable workload for our staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Communicate with clients**: answer questions, provide information, and schedule appointments.
- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.**:

- **Request medical records** and manage property damage claim resolution.
- **Create and prepare demand packets.**:

- **Ensure client files are complete** for demand and potential litigation.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**:

- **Excellent attention to detail.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills (English level 9.0 - 10.0).**:

- **Knowledge of medical terminology** and legal documentation.
- **Experience in the legal field**, particularly Personal Injury Law.
- **Ability to work independently** and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in case management or personal injury law.
- Familiarity with legal processes and client communication best practices.
- **Bilingual (English-Spanish) is required.**
