Maintain accurate case files and documentation using case management software. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression. Skills Minimum 2 years of stateside plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience. Familiarity with personal injury processes and terminology. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with case management software (Filevine preferred; SmartAdvocate or similar acceptable). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and client service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and efficiency. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and support teams. $900 - $1,000 a month #J-18808-Ljbffr
