**Finance Business Partner**

**Propósito de la Posición / Objetivo de Puesto**

Ser enlace estratégico entre el área financiera y las unidades de la empresa, para facilicitar a la organización a tomar decisiones financieras más informadas y alineadas al presupuesto y los objetivos del negocio

**Dimensión del Puesto/Alcance (Impacto en la organización)**:
Garantizar la idoneidad, uso costo-eficiente y disponibilidad de los recursos físicos y de infraestructura en las sedes de atención.

**Funciones y responsabilidades Principales**
- Hacer análisis de ingresos, costos y gastos vs presupuesto
- Hacer planeación financiera y modelación de escenarios e identificación de riesgos
- Hacer provisiones de costos y gastos
- Preparar reportes, indicadores, presentaciones y políticas
- Actualizar data para dashboards* Business partnering: Dar insights, recomendaciones e información accionable con base en data
- Participar en proyectos estratégicos asociados a herramientas y procesos que tengan un impacto en temas financieros
- Gestionar la mejora continua de procesos y herramientas financieras

**Educación**

Lic. Finanzas, economía, administración de empresas o carreras a fines.
- Estudios de postgrado o MBA (deseable)

**Compensación**

**Entre $1.200 a $1.500**
