Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our business units by providing insights to improve financial performance. Your strategic financial expertise will contribute to the development and execution of key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Operating Margin Improvement: Develop and implement innovative methods to enhance operating margin within the Colombia Cluster, incorporating advanced financial modeling and data analysis. Cost Efficiency Animation: Lead the cost efficiency process, actively participating in Cost Review meetings, and driving initiatives to optimize cost and margin. Cost Saving Program Oversight: Monitor the cost‑saving program budget and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering actionable insights through data analytics. Initiative Implementation: Identify, internally and with vendors, initiatives or projects aimed at optimizing costs and margins. Drive implementation and monitor ongoing performance. Yearly Budget Management: Produce and control the yearly budget, incorporating AI and Big Data insights for accurate forecasting and strategic decision‑making. Spot Support: Provide support for various business needs, providing tools and analysis for operational performance improvement across departments. Competences: Analytical skills: Ability to gather, analyze and diverse information skillfully. Problem Solving: Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with a variety of concrete variables to provide efficient solutions for all problems faced. Business Intelligence: Leverage data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights, turning raw data into actionable recommendations for the business. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decision‑making. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives, providing financial support and insights to drive business performance. Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between finance and technology teams. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to analyze complex data sets, incorporating AI and Big Data insights to provide accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance, data analysis, and technology. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems. Requirements for applying: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on financial analysis and planning. Advanced English (B2) Finance Experience in Shipping & Logistics Industry is a plus. Self‑learner, early adopter of cutting‑edge technology and tools (AI, Data Science).
