**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across the company, ensuring a fit both culturally and professionally.
- Implement effective onboarding and training programs that align with our company's goals and values.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise and fostering a positive work culture.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all staff, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain HR records.
- Coordinate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop strategic HR plans.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate performance review and appraisal processes, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment and performance management.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of Colombian labor law and international HR practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems.

Pay: $2,000,000 - $2,500,000 per month
