**Responsibilities**
- Technical support via phone calls to members of a network of hospitals in the United States.
- Providing assistance and effective solutions to various software and hardware concerns that users may encounter.
- Creating tickets for each incident.

**Requirements**:

- B2-C1 English is required.
- Previous experience with technical support.
- Rotating schedules availability.
