With your deep technical expertise, strong analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust, you identify bottlenecks, optimize scalability, and ensure our solutions perform at their best.

**What You Bring**
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- ** 8+ years of experience** as a performance tester;
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or similar;
- Knowledge of test automation is a plus;
- ISTQB Performance Testing certification is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and technical skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English;
- A drive for **high-quality outcomes** and continuous improvement;
- A precise, detail-oriented approach to your work;
- The ability to act decisively and with focus to achieve results;
