The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. Someone who cares deeply about quality and providing the best possible customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with modern testing tools and frameworks and a passion for automation. You will be instrumental in ensuring our solutions are reliable and support rapid innovation as we grow. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Provide a Testing Mindset: You understand that quality is a shared responsibility and will grow quality control skills in the people around you, providing feedback on how to improve as a team. Automation: Lead efforts to build and contribute to various testing and release automation frameworks that enable our teams to move quickly and with confidence. Teamwork: Coordinate and communicate effectively with your peers and other parts of the business to solve complex problems. CS Fundamentals: Use your knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and data storage technologies to select the right tool for the right job. Delivery Focused: You know a project is only done once it's delivered and validated, and you are inspired to complete projects without sacrificing quality. Our Core Tooling & Concepts CI Systems: Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions Concepts: Full‑stack test automation, Root cause analysis, SDLC, Acceptance Criteria What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Experience: 2-4 years of professional industry experience working in SDET roles with Agile product development teams. Automation: Skilled in full‑stack test automation across Web, Mobile, and API layers, with a focus on building scalable and reliable quality solutions. CI Systems: Knowledge of and experience working with CI systems such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub actions. Troubleshooting: Experience in performing detailed root cause analysis up and down the software stack using a variety of debugging tools. Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely about deeply technical topics in an easy‑to‑understand way. Collaboration: Ability to unblock themselves and others by asking the right questions and effectively collaborating with all stakeholders (Product, Design, Customer Support, etc.). Adaptability: You can deal with ambiguity and are experienced in helping to generate refined acceptance criteria for development work. Bonus Points For Experience With Cloud: Experience with Infrastructure as Code for use in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Heroku, or GCP. Accessibility: Experience doing Accessibility testing.
