Regional Business Intelligence Sr Analyst

Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Sr Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth, shape the future of a regional team of global company, work closely with our Sales Ops and Field Mkt team, and be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to provide insights that drive business decisions and the implementation of strategies & marketing tactics for driving up demand, including promote rich content in order to generate leads.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver LATAM marketing insights to build awareness within target industries.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating insights and potential impact on the business.
- Run strategic marketing strategy for LATAM contents to drive demand and pipeline generation, while working in collaborative teams across global and domestic markets.
- Develop and promote case studies based on new wins and/or success stories.
- Design and implement BI solutions, including reporting and analytics system utilizing Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support decision-making and identify trends and patterns in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, finance, and marketing, to understand business processes and data needs.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, engineer, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Intelligence, WFM and Finance teams, specially working in global companies.
- Driven by results, data, and metrics.
- Expertise in Marketing focused towards B2B services.
