**Job Description**:
OP Technical Account Manager is an individual contributor role in the region that is accountable for supporting the client-facing roles towards the telecoms (OPMs and PGMs) by ensuring that the back-office operations are run smoothly. The individual in this role performs tasks that are related to the business operations; keeps the business afloat and provide the front-office with the ability to execute their various client-facing tasks.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**_ Supporting the OPMs and PGMs for the assigned telecoms_**
- QBR preparation and presentation
- Proactively communicating the status, escalations and recommendations for the telecoms
- Resolving billing disputes
**_ Cooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the telecoms_**
- Escalations to the OPM, PGM, Global Telecom Growth Lead or Business Operations Expert about the possible issues
- Dispatching the issues to the Core Network Team
- Sender registration
- Managing Short Codes (SMS and USSD)
- Ensuring smooth introduction of the services and delivered solutions as well as the proper setup for the assigned telecoms, setup of the new services, and traffic monitoring when applicable
- Keeping up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the BG (Business Growth) team.

- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred more than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- You are passionate about technology and systems
- You describe yourself as a detail-oriented person
- You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve any logistic issues that may occur
- You speak fluently with colleagues, clients and partners alike in English.
