**Responsibilities**:

- Continually review the outputs of demand & supply metrics to review aggregate forward load
- Provide market data and analysis to support annual long
- and medium-term business planning processes
- Oversee the alignment of forward load with business forward load and agreed pipelining activity
- Champion the new 'search' based TA process, clearly define Hiring Managers' roles and set performance expectations
- Create, present, and own improvement plans for the business based on customer feedback, market intelligence, business needs, and resourcing knowledge
- Analyze and feedback input and output metrics to highlight areas for process and behavioral improvement
- Influence managers to change current practices and behaviors

**Requirements**:

- Proven success at building, developing, mentoring, and managing high-performing TA teams. A consummate leader & business partner
- Previous experience in design, set up, and implementation of scalable direct sourcing TA teams (90%+ direct), with experience of multiple ‘difficult to fill' positions
- Highly effective prioritizer, able to achieve desired outcomes in an environment of competing priorities and objectives
- Strong analytical skills, fluent in the development and use of metrics
- Able to demonstrate positive stakeholder engagement across functions
- High levels of cultural awareness and agility to move seamlessly between various environments, ideally will have worked in and/or across different continents
